Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are only possible if the service is not a subscription (i.e. one-time transaction or manual payments).
Subscriptions are only to be canceled and not refunded.
Refunds are only available for purchases that have been active for longer than 48 hours after the charge.
Refunds are only eligible if no rules outlined in our Terms of Agreement have been broken. Violations of the Terms of Agreement will result in ineligibility for refunds.
The refund amount will be for the current period of the service. Any previous periods or additional charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
