1. Introduction This Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by Exohost Solutions ("Exohost," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with this Agreement. Exohost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal, unethical, or otherwise prohibited by Exohost. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: Spamming, Email Phishing, or Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, phishing attempts, or other forms of email abuse. Denial-of-Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attacks: Engaging in activities that disrupt or attempt to disrupt the availability of services, networks, or systems. Hacking-Related Activities: Unauthorized access, use, probing, or scanning of systems, networks, or data that you do not own or have explicit permission to access. Distribution of Malware: Creating, transmitting, or distributing viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to data or systems. Hosting Phishing Websites or Deceptive Content: Setting up or hosting websites or services that mislead users, steal credentials, or engage in fraudulent activities. Port Scanning or Network Scanning: Conducting unauthorized scans or probes of networks, systems, or devices to discover vulnerabilities or unauthorized access points. Data or Cryptocurrency Mining: Using Exohost’s services for data or cryptocurrency mining activities without explicit permission, which can result in resource abuse and degradation of service quality. Operating Tor Nodes: Operating exit nodes, relays, or any other form of Tor services without prior authorization. Infringement of Laws: Engaging in any activity that violates local, provincial, or federal laws, including but not limited to the laws of Ontario, Canada. Exohost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you engage in any prohibited activities. Additionally, we may report such activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

3. Legal Compliance and Cooperation Exohost is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and any authorized legal entities in investigating suspected illegal activities. This may include providing information about your use of our services, including but not limited to, customer information, data logs, or any other relevant data as required by law.

4. Customer Responsibility and Monitoring You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any content transmitted or made available through the use of our services. Exohost monitors and stores logs related to your use of our services and products for up to 90 days. This monitoring is in place to ensure compliance with this Agreement and to assist in investigating prohibited or illegal activities. Exohost does not control or endorse the content or activities of customers; however, by using our services, you acknowledge that Exohost retains the right to monitor activity to protect the integrity and security of our services.

5. Consequences of Violations Violations of this Agreement, including engaging in prohibited activities, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice. Additionally, Exohost reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to enforce this Agreement, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies and pursuing legal remedies available under applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Liability Exohost disclaims any liability for any damages, losses, or costs that may arise from your use of our services or from any prohibited activities as defined in this Agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold Exohost harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Acceptance By using Exohost Solutions' services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using our services.
